1. Scope
These terms govern access to the WSX website, customer account, downloads, support and related services.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity performed through your account.
3. Licenses
Each purchased edition is subject to its stated activation, renewal and usage limits.
4. Payments
Prices, VAT and applicable extra taxes are shown before payment. Renewals are only processed according to the plan selected by the customer.
5. Support
Support is provided through the customer ticket area. Response targets are not guaranteed service-level agreements unless stated in a separate contract.
