- Validate manifest IDs, translations, capabilities and semantic version.
- Test on SQLite and MySQL, Windows and Linux, light and dark themes, every supported language and compatible web mode.
- Test upgrade from the previous release; migration IDs are permanent.
- ZIP files with hoteldesk-plugin.json at root. Maximum compressed/uncompressed package is 200 MB.
- Calculate SHA-256 and upload the ZIP in the portal plugin release.
- Set compatible editions/platforms, category, free/paid price and Envato URL when applicable.
- Install/update from a clean customer license and verify statistics/entitlement.
Never ship secrets, production customer data, private keys, source maps containing secrets or undocumented write access.
