Property, rooms and planning

1. Verify property, timezone, currency and formats in Settings.
2. Create room categories and room types with capacity, beds and base price.
3. Review operational statuses and add every physical room with floor/type.
4. Use Room map for the current state and Planning for availability across dates.

Deactivate optional referenced records instead of removing hotel history.
