- Enter and test MySQL.
- Enter and test FTP/FTPS and the public root URL.
- Choose overwrite only after reviewing existing web/database detection.
- Start installation and watch the realtime log.
- HotelDesk uploads a unique PHP installer, verifies it, uploads one ZIP, verifies and extracts it to the FTP root.
- It uploads .env, creates runtime directories, validates PHP/Laravel health and only then migrates MySQL.
If web validation fails, the database is not changed. Use Copy log for support.
