Create

Select/create the client.
Choose dates and an available compatible room.
Enter guests, rate, currency, source and notes.
Save; active overlaps on the same room are rejected.

Operate

Confirm identity, dates, room readiness and balance at check-in. Record charges/payments during the stay. At check-out, confirm the balance; HotelDesk marks the room Must clean and can create housekeeping work.

Use date range, Print and Export for reservation lists.
